Pernigotti Takes Part in ISM 2026 in Cologne: New Pralines and Chocolate Coins for International Markets
Pernigotti S.p.A. will take part in ISM 2026, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks, scheduled to take place in Cologne, Germany, from 1 to 4 February. The historic confectionery company from Novi Ligure, in the province of Alessandria, will present a range of new products developed for international markets. For the Pernigotti brand, one of the main launches will be the new Pistachio Gianduiotto, a refined interpretation of the iconic praline in which the sweetness of milk gianduja is enhanced by the intense flavour of roasted pistachios. Further innovations will include Snacks and Gemme in a variety of flavours, including raspberry, pistachio and tiramisu. The range combines contrasts, smoothness and intensity to create distinctive, contemporary taste experiences with strong emotional appeal. This bold interplay of flavours highlights iconic ingredients and modern comfort, responding to consumers’ growing desire for experimentation. ISM 2026 will also provide the setting for the presentation of a wide selection of milk chocolate Coins and Medallions, a market in which Pernigotti S.p.A., through its Walcor brand, holds a leading position in Europe. The company will also unveil innovations in flavours, formats and recipes designed to meet the needs of international customers while addressing sustainability, emerging trends and changing consumer preferences. Under the Walcor brand, Pernigotti will also present its latest Advent Calendar innovations, including products developed under prestigious licences. All the new products will be available at the Pernigotti S.p.A. stand in Hall 10.2, Stand B040.
